This paper mache jolly snowman is wearing a festive black top hat adorned with snow and lacquer holly and berries, red vest and a red and white stripped scarf. He holds a green stocking with chenille candy canes and a white bottle brush tree. The white bottle brush tree is decorated with red and green beads covered with glitter.
