The Cassidy Monitor 17 Series tub and shower trim kit uses a pressure balance valve to maintain a balanced mix of hot and cold water, preventing accidental scalding during changes in water pressure. Features a lever handle to control the temperature and a separate handle to control the volume. Maximum dial rotation is adjustable between 90 and 180 degrees. The kit comes with a water-efficient 7-7/8″ diameter” H2Okinetic rainfall shower head with a Full Spray pattern, a shower arm, a 6-1/2″ pull-up diverter spout, and a single-function pressure balanced mixing valve trim with a 7″ diameter escutcheon. Does not include rough-in valve which is sold separately.
