This high-efficiency Alto toilet tank uses only 1.28 gallons per flush to save water. Made of vitreous china and features a 3″ hybrid flush valve, pilot-operated flush valve, and three bolt tank-to-bowl connections for perfect alignment and a leak-proof fit. Designed for use with toilet bowl models 4130, 4135CTK, and 4137CTK. Includes lid, trip lever, tank-to-bowl gasket, floor bolts, washers, connection bolts and nuts. Does not include bowl or seat.
